                                                              Learning's.

     As time goes by, we learn different things. Going to school have a purpose, this is to gain knowledge. Time flies, very past. When I enter the life of being a high school student, I realized one important thing, "a difference in your life today will start when you to choose to move on from what happen yesterday." A simple thought that serves as my inspiration. You will not succeed in your dreams if you don't have the courage to accept the things that make you feel down.

     There are many challenges that we encounter in our daily living in this extraordinary world. Being a teenager, we don't still have enough knowledge on how to deal with the different challenges in our lives. I often spend my time in school with my classmates and friends. I go there five times a week, Monday to Friday. I enjoy being a student and sometimes I go to school in Saturdays. In our school, there are many activities that the different clubs were conducting. As a student, we must take part of it. We join different activities to gain points for extra curricular activities and also to gain knowledge.By joining different  activities or lets just say contests, we learned how to be independent, creative, and to steam our self-confidence. In this second quarter, I take this as a special quarter because we students, have the opportunity to thank our teachers, for their efforts and patience.In the month of October, it is teachers day and we have the opportunity to make something special for our teachers.There are also different contests in connection to the Teacher's Day celebration. I try to join some of the contests and I have encounter some mean people. But I just ignore them.

     I face all challenges beyond all problems knowing that there were people around me that are ready and willing to help me in times of needs and I know I have God beside me.

     Moving on, I will do my very best. I will trust in God, ask Him to give me strength, knowledge and wisdom to overcome the world.

Scientricity: Energize Science Clubbers For Sustainable Energy

      What is energy? There is no single definition of energy. The word energy has different meanings. In daily usage, energy refers to sources of fuel. Thus, we use the term energy to mean food, gasoline, coal, geothermal, electricity and solar. Often we say, we need energy to perform our daily activities or a bus needs energy to run. Energy can do useful things. It is likened to money. Having a lot of energy is like having plenty of money. But having money is not enough to do useful things. Money should be handed over to another person so it can do something. Energy is also like this. It needs to be transferred to another body so it can do something useful. When we lift an object, the energy from our body is used up. In this way, you lose chemical energy while the object gains gravitational potential energy. Energy is transferred from your body to the object.
      There are different forms of energy. We have nuclear, kinetic, potential, chemical, mechanical, sound, radiant, electrical energy and others. In our home, there are many appliances that operate on electricity. Harnessing electrical energy provides us comfort and facilitates the performance of certain tasks. Energy makes an electrical appliance work. Electrical appliances convert electrical energy into other forms like light, sound, thermal energy, mechanical energy and others. energy is related to Science.
      So we can say that energy is important in our daily lives. It is a part of our lives. One of the factors why we survive in this world is because of energy. We must use it properly to maintain the progress of our country. Energy have a great impact in a country or a nation. Encouraging people to conserve energy is a wise act and may have a contribution in the field of Science. Energy is one of the very useful factors in order to have a good and progressive country. We must use it in a proper way and conserve it.

My Teacher, My Hero

      As I trek a ceaseless life along the road I met those guides. Those little sparks of light and they imparted into my mind. During my travel, they were my vale-me-cum who showed me the correct direction. They taught me what is right and wrong for me to reach my own throne.
      How thankful we should be for even if they have their own family, still they perform voluntarily each of their duty and responsibility. Willingness has been their greatest virtue. Willingness to serve for our better tomorrow. Their sacrifice with the greatest value is one which ennobles them too. Teaching is the noblest profession for teachers always show compassion. So we students should always show affection, love, respect and appreciation.seeds that they plant will grow forever from time to time growing stronger. For a wonderful person that is filled with wisdom. A heartily gratitude been spoken by my soul. This is for you,I give in whole. By your hand, you shape us well. Ready for the future that we then will dwell. A hero so good, a hero so great, a hero so true. A hero that's personified by you. You are incomparable. I swear my hero, my teacher.

Heroes of today.

      Do you ever think about modern heroes? Who are they? What did they do for us to call them heroes? What are the different heroic acts that they have done? Why do we call them heroes?
      In this time, we can say that we are in the modern world, where every thing is in advanced especially when we talk about technologies. If we are in the modern world, we have modern technologies, we have also modern heroes. Who are they? They can be your mother or father, friends, special someone,relatives, classmates or just a simple persons but have a great impact to your life so you call them heroes. We have our own heroes and for me, my hero is my mother. She is my hero because she is always there for me. She is always ready to guide, protect and help me when I have encountered difficulties in life. She never leaves me.She is ready to sacrifice every thing just for my own good. When I have done bad or wrong things, she always scold me but later on, she will explain why does she did that and gave me some pieces of advice to do things better next time. She makes me strong when I feel down. She is always encouraging me to keep on fighting, think positive even if the situation is negative. She is the one who loves me very much. My hero! I can't explain how thankful I am to have someone like her. Even if sometimes we have misunderstandings, she is still my mother, my hero and I love her.

Tatag ng wikang Pilipino, Lakas ng pagka-Pilipino.

      In this world, we come up with different languages. Every nation have their own language. Have you ever ask someone or even ask yourself on how a country or a nation become progressive? How countries achieve peace and order, unity?
      "All traveling becomes dull in exact proportion to its rapidity," says John Ruskin. If we are to relate this words to our experiences, we will realized that we have really gone far searching for new horizons. We have taken efforts to thread even the less traveled roads to unravel the mysteries and wonders beneath this complex world. What about language? It is a gift from God. We used this to communicate, to understand each other. One of the factors on how to achieve peace and order, unity and progress of a country is the language. Through language, we communicate with other people and through communication, we have relationship. A relationship is an invisible link that brings people closer. If we have good relationship with others, we strengthen the cooperation and trust that we have. We can help both sides grow and prosper. With growth come changing needs and having someone dependable to turn to, can help us prosper in security.

My Reflection

Dealing With Others

We go to school not only to learn lessons that are taken from books. We learn not only inside of our respective classrooms but we also learn outside of it where we meet different kinds of people. In dealing with different kinds of people, we must show the best we can be. It is really hard because not all people around us will accept who we really are. But as what they say, those who appear in our lives, whether to help or to turn us down are all permitted by God. Meet all of them with a peaceful heart but warriors’ spirit. We may fail many times, but in failing we learn and in learning, we will find our way.

As a human being, we face different trials in life especially when dealing with other people. As a student, there are problems and challenges that I encountered when I enter the life of being a senior. Your patience, leadership, teamwork and how we deal with others will be tested. When we have group projects or group presentations, we sometimes take it for granted. We are not really serious about it. We often rushed things, do it in the last minute. If you can’t see your group mates trying to make an effort, you as a concerned member of the group need to speak out. To avoid misunderstandings, you need to talk to them politely, in a good manner, ask them to cooperate. But I can’t understand why those intelligent people are sometimes hard to be with. They are doing something that is not related to the project or presentation. They are doing whatever they want to do. But when time comes that the leader got mad at them, they are acting like a child, hard for them to accept that they are not cooperating. However, in the end, the love and the teamwork of everybody is worth it. We may not win every time, but in every competition, we are gaining different lessons and do things better next time.

I face all challenges beyond all problems because I believe that the more pain to overcome, the stronger we become. Just hold on, keep on fighting. God is there. In everything we do, put God first. Ask for His help and guidance and He will never fail you.

Moving on, I will do my best, be myself, keep moving forward and I always trust God for His promises that He will never leave me nor forsake me. Even if my kindness won’t acknowledge by anyone, I will still remember that someone in heaven smiles for what I’ve done.

State of the Nation Address

State of the Nation Address (My Insight)

                The Republic of the of the Philippines President, Benigno Simeon Aquino III deliver it’s state of the nation address, Monday, July 23, 2012 at 4:00 PM in the afternoon at the house of our Representatives. He mentioned the different problems of our country. Poverty is the major problem of our country. The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program as what the President said, aims to help Filipino’s who are suffering from poverty. In the field of education, he mentioned that the budget will be increased 43-61 %.President Aquino also focused on his achievements particularly on the improvement of our own economy, success in the anti- corruption campaign, modernization of the AFP and many others. As I have noticed, there were still particular areas or places here in our country who are suffering from poverty. If there is an improvement on the economy of our country, why does there are still families that are suffering from poverty? I hope Mr.President will exert more effort to extend his hand, for help, to those people who are in need. He must think and make a good project in our country to become more progressive.

Health…….Vegetables

                Health is a precious trust from God to safeguard it as best we can in a part of the steward ship of life. Eating vegetables is better than eating meats. Plants can supply all the necessities for the body to work well. Carbohydrate, fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals needed by the body can all be taken from plant sources (vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains or roots.) Given out of tin persons suffer and die prematurely of three killer diseases, heart disease, cancer, and stroke. This is because of improper diet and lifestyle. In eating vegetables, we can prevent illnesses especially definitely will not be travelling a lonely road. Mothers should encourage their children not to eat junk foods or meats because it is not good to our body and eating vegetables are much better because they are the appropriate needs for our body to become healthy, strong and active. Vegetables are full of minerals and vitamins. So let’s practice a healthy diet and lifestyle in eating green leafy vegetables.

                First of all, I would like to greet you a pleasant day Mr. President. I have this simple letter with me to say thank you for all the things that you’ve done for us, for the progress of our country. Mr. President, I am hoping that you will exert more effort to help those people who needs your help. Because as I have noticed, many of us here in our country are suffering from poverty. There are families that in need of your help. I am also hoping that you will have more projects to be launched for the progress of our country.
